Run weekly coaching calls for 30–50 students. Diagnose stuck channels. Prescribe specific fixes — not vibes. The role only works if you've already built and monetized your own faceless channel.

Must have: $5K+/mo from your own faceless YT, 6+ months operating, comfortable on Zoom 4–5 hrs/day.

High-Ticket Closer

1099 · Commission
Remote $200K–$400K OTE (uncapped)

Run 3–6 discovery + close calls per day. Inbound + booked appointments only. Hit 25%+ close rate or you're not the closer we hire. We pay best in the industry; we expect best in the industry.

Must have: 2+ yrs high-ticket ($3–10K AOV), can show your last 90-day numbers, ego-free with scripts.

Appointment Setter / SDR

1099 · Commission
Remote · US time zones $60K–$120K OTE

100–150 outbound DMs/day on IG + X to qualified leads. Qualify on calls. Book 4–8 appointments/day for closers. The role rewards volume, organization, and a flat-out refusal to flinch at no.

Must have: Phone + DM volume not optional, sold or set for an info offer, CRM-organized.
Faceless Channels

Our YouTube Portfolio

Across the Globe, Nutty History, and others — ~$30K–$60K/month combined. We're scaling the portfolio. We need editors who treat retention curves like religion.

Video Editor — Faceless Channels

Contract / Full-time
Remote $40–$150/video · or $80K–$180K FT

Edit 8–12 long-form videos/month for one of our portfolio channels. Retention-graph optimized. B-roll sourced. Captions clean. 24–48hr turnaround. Thumbnails handed off separately.

Must have: 2+ yrs Premiere or DaVinci, edits with 10K+ views, fluent in 30-sec retention principles.

Short-Form Content Clipper

Remote $20–$60/clip · 30–60 clips/week

Pull 8–15 high-leverage clips/week from Devon's long-form + Zoom calls. Write hooks + captions. Deliver 9:16 ready to post on TikTok / IG / YT Shorts. Built for someone who lives in CapCut.

Must have: Personal short-form account at 50K+, hook intuition, 24-hr turnaround, CapCut or Premiere.

Must have: 3 edits you're proud of with retention proof, fluent in talking-head pacing, Premiere or DaVinci.

Content Manager — Personal Brand

Full-time
Remote $60K–$120K

Run Devon's IG. Schedule across IG + X + TikTok. Repurpose from clipper output. Engage on his behalf. Manage 14 active accounts. Weekly reporting. The role is half operator, half content brain.

Must have: Grown a creator brand to 100K+, fluent in cross-platform repurposing, copy in someone else's voice, native to faceless YT + creator economy.

Things you're probably wondering.

Are these roles fully remote?
Yes. The whole team is remote. We do twice-yearly in-person offsites in Austin or Miami; team flies in on the company. Setters/closers prefer US time zones for call coverage; everyone else is async-friendly across time zones.
Do I need to live in the US?
No. We hire globally. We've paid contractors and full-time team members in 12+ countries. Get paid via Wise, Deel, or direct bank transfer depending on your country.
What's the paid trial like?
Realistic, scoped, paid at $100–$300. For a closer it's a recorded mock close. For an editor it's a 60-second cut from raw footage we send you. For the CSM it's a written breakdown of why a real student channel is stuck. Takes 3–6 hours of focused work, paid whether or not we hire you.
How fast do you actually move?
Median time from application to offer is 5 calendar days. The fastest hire we've made was 38 hours from cold application to signed offer (it was a closer with screenshot proof of $312K closed in 90 days). Speed is the floor, not a brag.
What if I'm currently making money on my own and don't want a full-time job?
Most of our roles are open to contract or 1099 commission structures — especially editors, clippers, setters, and closers. Tell us in the application and we'll match the structure to your situation.
