I didn't plan any of this.
At 23, I was working a warehouse job. No connections, no following, no idea what I was doing. Then I stumbled on something that didn't make sense: YouTube channels with no host, no face, sometimes no real brand — quietly pulling $30K, $50K, $80K a month.
I didn't watch content about it. I reverse-engineered the channels that were working. Six months of studying CPM data, niche patterns, thumbnail structures, and outsourcing systems — I built my first channel. Month 8, it crossed $10K/month.
Then I built another. Then another. Eventually the portfolio was running itself, and I was making more money than I ever thought possible from a job I could do from anywhere in the world.
The academy was an accident. Friends started asking how I picked niches, who edited my videos, how I found topics. I wrote it down. Then more people asked. Then a lot of people asked. I'm 27. The channels still run. And the part that surprised me most? I actually love the teaching. There's nothing like watching someone message you at 2am: "I just got monetized."
